Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial activities and functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial stewardship and governance, ensuring the integrity of financial information and safeguarding assets.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external financial stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned CFO with a demonstrated track record of 15+ years of experience in financial management roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role as CFO in a medium to large ASX listed business. Ideally, you will come from a high volume, low margin distribution environment with exposure to multi-country operations including Asia.

You will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements, as well as a strategic and commercially minded approach to financial management. Critical to your success will be your ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where decisions need to be made in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.

As a leader, you will possess and demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, and fostering a positive work environment. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.

This is an attractive and highly competitive remuneration package with STI and LTI. The role is based full time in Melbourne.
