We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to our advisors and clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and manage financial documentation and investment proposals efficiently.
  • Provide excellent client service by responding to requests promptly.
  • Organise and prioritise client communications.
  • Facilitate settlements and fund transfers, providing clients with the necessary information.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring professional communication via phone and email.
  • Oversee new client account processes.
  • Support the advisory team with administrative tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client support or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, able to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
