They seek a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join their team. This critical role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and process client documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.

Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar financial services role.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
