We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. This role is perfect for an administrator looking to take their career to the next level.

The Role:

This vital position will see you support our three-person team by liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client information, compiling Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and other correspondence, preparing client invoices and month-end reports, issuing company statements, and preparing and lodging ASIC forms. You will also provide support to leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office administration role, preferably within a public practice accounting firm.
  • Familiarity with MYOB and Xero is highly preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
