### Job Summary
This full-time position involves working Monday – Friday with potential penalty shifts available. Temporary living accommodations will be provided if necessary.
### Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating Resident-Centric Care: Foster an environment that promotes residents' independence and empowers them to make informed decisions about their care, services, and lifestyle choices.
- Collaborative Care Planning: Lead assessment and care planning processes in close partnership with residents, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are central.
- Effective Communication: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with residents, their families, and relevant parties to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Aged Care Quality Standards: Maintain a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process, guaranteeing compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- AN-ACC Expertise: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the AN-ACC model, contributing to ongoing improvements in care practices.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, guiding and mentoring team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility in managing change and navigating challenges while maintaining high-quality care.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, enabling the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Embody a passion for driving quality improvements and actively seeking ways to enhance care outcomes.

### Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain and maintain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to complete the required checks.
- Immunisation History Statement confirming at least two doses and a booster of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Valid Australian work rights.
### Compensation Package
- Competitive annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per year.
- Bonuses available along with an excellent salary.
- Salary Packaging up to $15,000.
