Job Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to drive growth, improve product performance, and deliver intelligent features to users.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design models, uncover insights, and scale analytics across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact opportunities to leverage data.
  • Build predictive models, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems to enhance product experiences.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across the platform and marketing channels.
  • Develop scalable analytics frameworks and self-service tools to democratize data across the organization.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using tools like Pandas, scikit-learn, dbt, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of experimentation design (A/B testing, uplift modeling, etc.).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
