Senior Product Manager for Data Science Assets

Overview of the Role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the delivery of our core data science and exploratory tools, ensuring that our unique IP and insights are approachable and actionable for clients. This role will drive meaningful change and unlock new opportunities for businesses.

This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across multiple squads. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering technical product requirements and project plans.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business unit vision and objectives
  • Define data science product roadmap and technical requirements, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market demand
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deploy assets into production
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders, sales marketing, clients, and product development teams to present data assets and provide updates on product development


Requirements
Product Experience: 6+ years as a product manager, with at least 3 years in technical PM or delivering data science products
  • Good understanding of data science and analytics
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and have a good understanding of market trends
  • Experience in B2B products (HR Tech a significant plus)
  • International experience within a global organization, with an understanding of cultural nuances
  • Analytical nature, able to use data to make key decisions on tradeoffs on product initiatives
