About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you will play a key role in showcasing our brand and providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting key retailers, presenting in-store demonstrations of our coffee machines and introducing customers to our gourmet specialty coffees. You will also be building strong relationships with clients to create coffee sales and return business for our brand.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a keen interest in coffee and a proven sales record. Additionally, you will require immaculate presentation, a self-driven attitude and reliability, as well as a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present in-store demonstrations of our coffee machines and introduce customers to our gourmet specialty coffees
  • Build strong relationships with clients to create coffee sales and return business for our brand
  • Qualify customers' needs to ensure they receive the correct machine and coffee
