We are seeking student ambassadors to assist with the delivery of events and activities that engage future students. This is a casual opportunity for enrolled students who have completed at least one semester of study at Notre Dame. As a student ambassador, you will represent the University in a positive and professional manner at events, including open days, university expos, and campus tours.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Represent the University in a positive and professional manner at events
  • Proactively engage future students and other stakeholders (e.g., parents, careers advisors) and share your experiences of university with diverse audiences
  • Lead campus tours for individuals and groups of prospective students
  • Deliver workshops and presentations to groups of high school students and parents about Notre Dame, admissions, scholarships, transition into university, and what university is like
  • Undertake tasks such as organizing merchandise, data entry, event preparation, social media, and phone calls to students
  • Attend training, team meetings, and other development opportunities as scheduled during the year

Requirements:

  • Have completed at least one semester of study at the University of Notre Dame by the end of 2025 and have at least one year of study remaining
  • Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be available to work at events outside of regular business hours, including some evenings and weekends
