Job Title: Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Ambassador to join our team in a busy beachside restaurant at Cronulla.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, working well under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages to customers.

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace adhering to health and safety standards.

- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, management and regular customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- NSW RSA certification is required for this position.
