Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant to join our organisational-wide team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering training initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organisational success.

  • $95,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll make a difference by designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that address the evolving needs of our growing business. You will work collaboratively with leadership teams, managers, and key stakeholders to ensure our employees at all levels have the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their roles and contribute to the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive training sessions to all employees across the business
  • Work closely with your training colleagues to develop org-wide training programs
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organisational goals
  • Implement and utilise evaluation methods (e.g. Kirkpatrick model) to assess training effectiveness and participant progress
  • Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure all training activities are current and fit for purpose
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or other training related certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and ability to develop and deliver exceptional training
  • Demonstrated ability to use the Kirkpatrick evaluation model (desirable but not essential)
