Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Membership Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention across our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budgets through effective sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
