**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Membership Support Consultant to join our team at our Ringwood club.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

This is a highly varied and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective clients
  • Promote our services and drive sales growth through proactive sales activities
  • Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs

What We Offer:

  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
