Membership Growth Consultant Role

The role of Membership Growth Consultant is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and rapidly growing fitness organization. As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and retention through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.

About the Opportunity

As a Membership Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with existing members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention. You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, able to seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales targets through proactive sales activities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to enhance their club experience

You will work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support across all aspects of the club. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
