About the Role

The Director of Membership Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase membership sales, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall membership experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive membership growth.
  • Analyze market trends, member behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including members, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our membership programs remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
