Job Overview

This role is a key position within the organization, responsible for managing a region within the property portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing internal support and expert advice to the General Manager on property and leasing related matters.

About the Role

The Leasing Manager will identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities for various brands. They will also negotiate lease renewals directly with landlords, agents, and third-party representation. Additionally, they will proactively manage all leasing activities, including lease restructures, new leases, and renewals where appropriate.

The successful candidate will execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes. They will develop, implement, and review the long-term Property Strategy in conjunction with the General Manager.
