
Travel Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to coordinate approved patient travel needs and process travel claims in a timely manner. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to understand and react responsively to client expectations, as well as knowledge of administrative procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate approved patient travel and process travel claims efficiently, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
- Provide expert advice to clients on eligibility requirements and travel options, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Assist in the reconciliation and preparation for payments of accounts, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for enhancement and recommend improvements to existing practices, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven ability or ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, enabling effective liaison with diverse client groups.
- Sound understanding of administrative procedures and policies, particularly in a travel environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.
A total monthly remuneration package of up to $4,882 p.m., comprising:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
