Job Title: Retail Operations Leader

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead all restaurant operations.

About the Role

  • As a Retail Operations Leader, you will play a key role in maximising growth and profitability of the business by leading and mentoring crew members.
  • Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading the Restaurant Safety Committee, and selecting, training, and supervising your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • You will also be responsible for executing national marketing plans, owning national incentive programs, and utilising your Business Priority Plan to continually improve restaurant performance.
  • In addition, you will review business results regularly and communicate with your team to implement clear action plans.
  • Other key responsibilities include leading community engagement initiatives, creating a culture that emphasises growth, trust, and accountability, and building your restaurant team to ensure effective shift coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail with food service and management duties included.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience in managing employee, guest, and contractor incidents and injuries, as well as Return to Work process.
