We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail and Grooming Manager to lead our boutique salon in Bondi Junction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of dog grooming, customer satisfaction, and team management.
  • Coordinating schedules, client bookings, quality checks, and managing client feedback to guarantee exceptional service.
  • Effective visual merchandising and product stock management, along with delivering outstanding customer service and promoting sales and new stock launches.

This role requires experience in retail and/or grooming salon management, with confidence in communicating with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and with care.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail and/or grooming salon management.
