Job Overview

  • Import and manipulate survey data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Produce detailed civil drawings and models, including site layouts, earthworks, stormwater management, and road designs.
  • Export bulk earthwork and material quantities for efficient project planning.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers to deliver high-quality plans for construction projects.
  • Support project teams with documentation, revisions, and coordination of drawings and models.

This role can be offered on a permanent full or part-time basis, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proficient in relevant CAD software, including Autodesk Civil 3D and Autocad.
    • Experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design.
    • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.
    • Relevant TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design.
    • Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project and design-related risks.
    • Commitment to working safely and within our HSEQ systems.
