Job Description
  • Sustainability & CSR Specialist role requires embedding sustainability initiatives across design and production processes.
  • Circularity programmes such as resale, rental, take-back and end-of-life solutions will be driven.
  • The role involves collaborating with Marketing to engage customers in sustainability and circularity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supplier engagement and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

  • They will lead supplier engagement programs, including Modern Slavery reporting, Living Wage Roadmap, and capacity building.
  • The role also requires managing community partnerships and programmes.

A key focus area is communicating sustainability achievements credibly and minimising greenwashing.

  • This involves partnering with Marketing to develop effective sustainability communications strategies.

The Sustainability & CSR Specialist will maintain robust data and reporting systems to track KPIs, compliance and performance across sustainability initiatives.
