Seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Incident Analyst.
As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial part in managing incidents from initial investigation to resolution. Your analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements will be invaluable assets in this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, risk, or compliance, preferably within the financial services sector. A strong understanding of controls management practices and root cause analysis is also necessary.
- Collaborate with incident owners to gather information, assess the nature and impact of incidents, and support effective management and resolution.
- Perform thorough root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process or control enhancements.
- Assist in developing sustainable solutions to prevent future incidents and contribute to delivering balanced business outcomes.
- Proactively monitor incidents to ensure timely and efficient management.
- Maintain accurate reporting data to generate insights that improve decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services.
- Superannuation experience highly advantageous.
- Experience in incident, breach, and/or fraud management desirable, including use of GRC technologies.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, including incident and breach management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to solving problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
