Warehouse Operations Leader

This is a senior leadership role overseeing national warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling of products from inbound logistics to order fulfillment and returns.

  • Lead and manage national warehouse operations including staffing, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols across all warehouse sites.
  • Oversee the processing and handling of returned items in line with company policies.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce return anomalies.
  • Conduct nationwide inventory management ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement identifying and addressing operational pain points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Regularly report to senior management on warehouse performance metrics.
  • Lead national projects such as warehouse expansion or system implementations.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager preferably in a national or large-scale role.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing outdoor kitchen appliances or similar products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach and a strong team-building mindset.
