As the Design Management Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team to find innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our design delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members in formulating design delivery strategies and advising on strategic project decisions.
  • Contributing to the leadership of Design Solutions through active engagement and participation in working groups with other Team Leaders, Managers, and stakeholders.
  • Being responsible for resource planning and coordination to ensure timely design delivery and successful project outcomes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant qualification in engineering, design, or an allied discipline with design experience.
  • Experience in leading a team, resource planning, work allocation, and coordination for both internal and external resources.
  • Ability to model our organization's strategic objectives by focusing on providing customers with affordable, reliable, safe, secure, and clean electricity services.
