About the Role

This involves defining and executing a localized strategy in line with Australia's energy transition goals, positioning the business for long-term success. The Country Manager will drive business expansion in offshore wind, including monopiles, foundations, and emerging technologies.

A strong understanding of Australia's energy transition policies, regulatory frameworks, and offshore wind market dynamics is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve business objectives in Australia.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural management skills.
  • Based in Australia, with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
