Lead Robotics Nursing Team

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Associate Nurse Unit Manager with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning to drive improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with VMO partners through exceptional customer service, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide strategic operational direction for the unit, coordinating evidence-based nursing care delivery
  • Take ownership of effective daily resource management, including human, financial, and material resources
  • Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement projects
  • Undertake direct patient care as required
  • Coach and mentor staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Working with Childrens check
  • Previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desired)
  • Experience in Scrub Scout/Robotics
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive role modeling behavior
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
