Senior Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our family law team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, children's matters, property settlements, and financial agreements.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practice procedures. You will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and representation in the Family, Children's, and Federal Circuit courts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice and representation in family law matters
  • Conducting negotiations and advocacy in court
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and court procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practice procedures

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
