Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, separation, children's matters, property settlements, and financial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on family law legislation and court practices
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve family law disputes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and support staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practices
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Highly adaptable and client-centric with strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-focused and deadline-driven
