Job Title: Compensation Specialist

This is a varied, broad role which will see you assist with all review cycles, HR reporting and supporting the remuneration and benefits team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in remuneration, compensation and benefits at an analyst or consultant level.

We are seeking someone who can advise on key aspects of remuneration and has experience in benefits design/implementation.

A successful candidate will also have strong analytical and HR reporting skills, administration of compensation systems and excellent Excel skills.

In this role, you will work across all areas of total reward and support the broader global HR team.

  • Experience in remuneration, compensation and benefits at an analyst or consultant level.
  • Excellent analytical and HR reporting skills.
  • Administration of compensation systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Relevant degree qualification (Business, Commerce, Human Resources).

This role offers great exposure to board papers and remco, providing a good opportunity to leverage your career with listed experience.
