Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Strategist to join our Charterhouse team in Parramatta, NSW.

Estimated Salary: $1100 + Super

Role Overview

This is a key leadership role that will play a vital part in shaping the technology strategy and direction of our client, a NSW government entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's technology strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.

The role requires a deep understanding of business objectives and ICT strategies, with the ability to link the organisation's mission, strategy, and processes to its present and future ICT strategies. This includes overseeing critical enterprise applications and delivering key ICT initiatives efficiently, with agility, sustainability, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on future ICT investments and processes that align with business goals.
  • ICT Architecture: Design ICT architectures and standards that facilitate the execution of the organisation's ICT strategy.
  • Business Solutions: Convert business practices and workflows into architectural frameworks to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Technology Roadmaps: Create and oversee ICT technology roadmaps that align with both ICT and business strategies, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct research, horizon scanning, and analysis to identify emerging ICT trends and evaluate their potential to support business objectives.
