This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for governance and executive support to join our team. As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth company secretarial functions and ensuring the efficiency of our executive leadership team.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will assist in the coordination of board and committee meetings, support corporate governance and compliance activities, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you'll provide high-level administrative support to key executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential communication, and supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation
- Support corporate governance and compliance activities, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide high-level administrative support to key executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling confidential communication
Requirements:
- Mandatory 5 years' experience in a dual administrative role or in company secretarial and executive assistant capacities
- A strong understanding of governance principles and processes, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and board management software (e.g., Diligent)
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid working environment and a supportive team culture that values innovation and collaboration.
