About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Leader to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of support professionals and providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of support professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Service Specialist to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to support professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and values.
About You
  • You have a relevant industry qualification or significant experience in the disability sector.
  • You possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of achieving strategic and operational outcomes.
  • You have a strong understanding of contemporary and innovative practices in the disability sector, gained through education, training, and experience.
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality services and improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and train teams.
  • You are a problem-solver, consultant, and negotiator with a strong ability to build relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
