Training Facilitator and Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Training Facilitator and Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training to our students, as well as assessing their progress and providing feedback.

The successful candidate will have excellent training facilitation and assessment skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse participants. They will also have a strong understanding of the Australian Core Skills Framework and be able to identify barriers to learning to support student attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Work with diverse participants to identify and address their needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of TESOL with current TAE or undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma of Education or postgraduate TESOL
  • Excellent training facilitation and assessment skills
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Core Skills Framework
