- Follow up on documents remaining, expired, or needed to organize: Monitor the status of employee documents, such as certifications or licenses, and follow up with individuals or departments to ensure timely renewal or completion.
- Maintain employee database and training database: Update and manage employee information in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records & track employee training sessions and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Draft roster & Notification: Assist in the creation of staff schedules or rosters, coordinating with managers to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to Labor regulation and notify staff schedules or roster changes to relevant parties, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Maintain incident report register: Record and track any workplace incidents or accidents, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and facilitating resolution as needed.
- Maintain Housekeeping & Participant ledger: Maintain records related to facility maintenance or housekeeping tasks, tracking expenses, and scheduling services as needed.
- Timesheet approval: Ensure accurate recording of employee work hours and file notes and approve timesheets on a weekly basis, coordinating with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors, are also essential for success in this position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
