Key Role: Disability Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide 1:1 care for a client with complex needs.

This role requires you to assist with personal care, showering, continence support, meal preparation, and engaging activities that promote connection and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be gentle, patient, dependable, and focused on delivering a positive daily experience. They must be available for all listed shifts across a 2-week rotating roster.

We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive training and support provided.

About the Client:

The client is a non-verbal woman living with epilepsy and intellectual disability. She requires support workers who are understanding, respectful, and focused on creating a safe and enjoyable environment.

  • Personal care, showering, continence support, and transfers
  • Meal preparation
  • Supporting with meaningful activities that foster connection and wellbeing

Please note that applicants must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Australian Driver's Licence, Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance, and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You. First Aid & CPR certification is also required.
