**About the Role: Casual Support Worker (New Farm)**
- **Job Type: Casual**:

- **Salary: $33.28 per hour (plus applicable penalty rates)**:

- **Shift Timing: will vary depending on needs**:

- **Work Location: In-person**

**Assist a chemotherapy patient by providing support with**:

- Household tasks
- Community access
- General health and safety
- Limited mobility

**Key Requirements**:
**This role requires an individual who is**:

- Hardworking and flexible.
- Skilled in driving and comfortable with transportation tasks.
- Able to follow instructions with mínimal supervision.
- Efficient and professional.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Focused on prioritizing the participant's comfort and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- **Driver's License**:Must have a valid license and own transport (mileage reimbursement available).

**Preferred but not required experience**:

- A history of working with chemotherapy patients.
- Experience in cleaning or household maintenance.

**Personal Attributes**:Empathetic, patient, and proactive in delivering high-quality care, capable of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

**Certifications & Clearances**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Module
- First Aid and CPR certifications (preferred but not required)

**Essential Qualifications**
- Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support or another related field.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
