About the Role

We are seeking an experienced mental health clinician and leader to join our team as the Manager, Emergency Mental Health and Consultation-Liaison Service at Western Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to the Emergency Mental Health and Consultation-Liaison Service team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health services and outcomes for consumers
  • Collaborate with senior nursing and operational leadership groups to provide best care for consumers
  • Work with stakeholders to transform our Service as part of the RCVMHS recommendations
  • Contribute to project delivery and operationalisation of new services
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in public mental health services
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience working with stakeholders in large health services or community organisations
  • Passion for person-centred care and commitment to delivering high-quality services
