Job Description">

Our organization seeks a highly skilled customer service professional to join its rapidly growing team. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding suitable travel insurance packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3 key points of contact: Inbound Calls and Live chat
  • Offer outstanding customer service and identify suitable travel insurance options
  • Work on a rotating roster, Monday-Saturday 9:00am - 7:00pm

Training will be provided in our Sydney CBD office for 2-4 weeks. After training, this will be a hybrid position offering flexibility to work from home and the office 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Previous experience in call centres, travel, or insurance (not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and previous systems experience ideal
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
