You will engage with inbound calls from customers, including real-time claims validation, emergency assistance cases, and general inquiries. By actively listening and responding to customers' needs, you will provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Managing incoming calls from customers
  • Validating real-time claims made by customers
  • Handling emergency situations
  • Providing information and support

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience as a customer service representative
  • A mature mindset, allowing you to understand customers' perspectives
  • Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly under pressure
  • Reliability and punctuality
