Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, creating unforgettable travel experiences and exploring new destinations around the world.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work full-time in a retail environment on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Sell entire holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
  • Assist customers with their travel-related questions, providing expert advice and recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help customers explore the world
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time
  • Savviness with computers, ready to navigate complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for customers
