Job Title: Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our team.

  • Liaise with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to ensure shop drawings supplied to clients are not misleading and comply with estimates.
  • Maintain accurate databases, updating and reconciling changes made.
  • Report on job progress and drawing completion before production commencement in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain customer approval on drawings.
  • Produce production-ready drawings ensuring drawing programs are compatible with machinery, selecting correct hardware and materials.
  • Ensure timely completion of allocated jobs.
  • Clear communication about variations or amendments to plans.
  • Comply with project status updates, adjusting activities as needed to meet project timelines.
