The Golf Operations Attendant role at the Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island involves ensuring an exceptional golfing experience for guests at the championship course. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with clubs and golf cart hire, providing course information, managing golf carts, and ensuring their cleanliness and maintenance.

About the Job
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all guests on arrival
- Assist with golf clubs, shoe hire, club and buggy requirements
- Manage guest transfers to and from the clubhouse and jetty
- Clean and maintain golf clubs, shoes, balls, and buggies, checking for damage
- Assist with caddying and marshalling as needed
Key Requirements
- A passion for golf and delivering excellent customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in Golf Operations
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work independently and confidently interact with guests
- A valid open driver's license
