We offer an attractive salary package to successful candidates, with a competitive annual salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to support our Clients PMO team across multiple programs and deliver digital reports. The role requires:

  • To gather data from different input sources, including project managers, business unit leads, and team members, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
  • To input data into established data templates, cleanse the data to ensure it is clear and accurate, extract the data, and produce requested reports and issue reports.
  • To make adjustments to reports as requested, act as a weekly report backup resource, assist with formatting, and check all data inputs in reports.
  • To act as a contract support resource, receive contract-specific information from the internal legal team, input information into predefined contract templates, and issue them for approval.
  • To manage the change control process, monitor and advise upon project finances, manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications, and perform stakeholder management.
  • To establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Well-organized, strong attention to detail, a drive to get things done, good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to handle concurrent activities while under pressure, intermediate-level proficiency with key office software (Google or Microsoft).
  • Able to work in a high-performance culture, with a strong desire to work at pace, strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills, able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in program or multi-disciplined environments, understanding of PMO structures and how this sits in an organization, good understanding of store operations, taking a leading role in interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements, and communicating/reporting accordingly, managing the tender process and producing tender recommendations, proven experience of working within a client-focused environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
