Geological activities also involve monitoring and tracking ore mining activities, contributing to resource model updates, and providing advice to minimize dilution and maximize economic mineralization.
This position requires 7+ years' mining experience, including 5+ years in gold mining. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive understanding of the mining cycle, demonstrated technical excellence, and ability to accurately forecast budgets and manage costs.
A strong background in grade control, geological modeling, and estimation is essential, as well as experience in Leapfrog software. A tertiary qualification in Geology and the ability to develop and mentor employees are also necessary.

Job Requirements
- Accountable for all mine geology activities
