Skillfully apply your geological expertise to drive exploration activities forward and unlock mineral system-wide targets.

**Job Description:**

This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your knowledge of exploration methodologies from first-pass exploration through to resource definition programs. You will gain experience across a variety of mineralisation styles and deposits, including:

- Narrow, vein hosted high-grade gold (world-class deposit)
- Mafic/ultramafic hosted gold-copper
- Amphibolite facies hosted high grade gold
- Sedimentary iron hosted gold
- Associated supergene mineralisation

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Safely working autonomously or as part of a dynamic team
- Establishing positive relationships with contractors, external departments, technical specialists and stakeholders
- Supervision of AC, RC and DD rigs, data capture and entry, QAQC and data validation
- Design, coordination and implementation of mapping, surface sampling, and drill programs
- Analysis and interpretation of drilling results, generation of new targets
- Validation and interrogation of historical data

**Requirements For Success:**

You are required to be a dedicated geology professional who brings detail-focus and exceptional work ethic to this role. You are able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment, thrive on idea-sharing and problem-solving.

**You Must Demonstrate:**

- Genuine enthusiasm for geology and discovery
- Experience in Gold exploration within Western Australia
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Geology
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with regional and near-mine exploration
- Full 'C' class manual driver's licence with 4WD experience well regarded
- Proficiency with Leapfrog, IoGas, LogChief, DataShed, MapInfo Discover
