About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate at OPSM. As a key member of our Bondi Westfield team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Process specialized orders for customers with precision and care
  • Drive sales through product knowledge and expertise, showcasing our luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co.
  • Contribute to a positive and fun team culture, fostering a collaborative environment
About You
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Able to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations
