Channel Activation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Channel Activation Specialist to lead our quarterly channel activation plan, providing strategic insights and tactical tools to drive profitable category growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly focus strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze the market landscape across a 3-year horizon to identify opportunities for category growth and develop targeted solutions.
- Monitor and measure channel performance against strategic plans using Salesforce, Microstrategy, and third-party data analytics.
- Lead the Insights-to-Proposition process (I2P) to inform and develop category/channel strategies, driving profitable top-line growth.
- Collaborate with Foodservice Marketing Managers and Sales Managers to optimize brand planning and maximize core range performance.
