Warehouse Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all staff adhere to established protocols and participate in regular toolbox meetings
  • Manage day-to-day staff operations, including workload distribution, performance management, leave coordination, and staff development
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain effective liaison with internal departments and stakeholders to optimize site productivity
  • Ensure daily warehouse KPIs are met, focusing on container packs/unpacks, pre-loads, documentation, and stock control
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure equipment, signage, and infrastructure are maintained
  • Nurture strong customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a warehouse operations management position
  • Detailed knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
  • In-depth understanding of logistics requirements for primary goods and/or dairy products
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing a large team, with coaching and motivating others
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Safety-focused and aligned with company values: Safety, People, Respect, Integrity, and Progressiveness
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Current Victorian Driver's license and own vehicle
