Operations Support Agent

FedEx is looking for an Operation Support Agent to join our team. We're seeking a team player who is dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. As an Operation Support Agent, your duties will be split between operational administration/support and performing manual handling tasks in the warehouse.

Duties

  1. Data entry and administration
  2. Assisting Drivers to resolve discrepancies
  3. General warehousing duties including loading/unloading of vehicles
  4. Labeling and sorting consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
  5. Warehouse stocktaking

The successful candidate will have / be ...

  • Computer literate
  • Versed in Microsoft 365
  • Administrative or data entry experience
  • Previous warehouse experience desirable
  • Background in logistics desirable with knowledge of Warrnambool and surrounding areas
  • Physically fit for manual handling and able to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment
  • Customer service experience
  • Safety focused
  • Forklift experience desirable

Applicant must have a forklift license or be willing to obtain one. Experience is desirable but not necessary. We are looking for the right person.
