Retail Event Operations Manager

About the Role:
Fanatics Inc is a leading global digital sports platform that ignites the passions of sports fans worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Event Manager to join our team and drive sales, profit, and growth in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with counterparts to plan and deliver world-class on-site retail operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with key head office functions to ensure effective support for on-site operations, including logistics, IT, finance, and merchandising.
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, drive conversion rates, and maximize average order value.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create engaging store displays and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels, stockrooms, and shop operations to ensure efficient and effective retail execution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the sports industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Ability to travel globally for prolonged periods, including weekends, and work flexible hours as required.
